Club Kreato – Membership Scope & Legal Terms

This document outlines the scope of services, limitations, and terms of each Club Kreato membership.

By subscribing to Club Kreato, you agree to the following conditions:

1. Monthly Shoot Definition

Each "monthly shoot" includes:

• Up to 3 hours on location (photo or video)

• 1 videographer or photographer (standard crew size = 1)

• 1 location within Belgium

• Standard lighting, camera, and sound equipment

• 2-3 video's (30–90 seconds) or 10–15 edited photos

• Basic planning call (15–20 min)

• Delivery within 5 working days

This monthly shoot is designed for consistent brand content such as social media videos, team portraits, testimonials, or employer branding visuals.

2. What’s Not Included

The following services are not included in a standard monthly shoot unless explicitly added:

• Drone shots

• Multi-location productions

• Shoots longer than 4 hours

• Additional crew (second shooter, assistant, etc.)

• Voice-over, acting, scripting or animation

• Event coverage or livestreams

• Studio rentals or external production costs

These may be added for an extra fee or redeemed via Creative Points.

3. Points System

Clients earn Creative Points each month:

• +10 for completed shoot

• +10 for invoice payment within 5 days

• +5 for ordering extra services (e.g. edit)

• +15 for referring a new client (who signs up)

Points are not convertible to cash and can only be redeemed for listed perks. Points expire 12 months after issuance.

4. Term & Cancellation

• Memberships are billed monthly unless agreed upon as an annual plan.

• Annual plans receive a 10% discount and require a 12-month commitment.

• Cancellations require a 30-day notice.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content remains property of the client after full payment.

• Kreato Studio retains the right to use deliverables in its portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

6. Liability

• Kreato Studio is not liable for delays due to force majeure, external restrictions (weather, access), or last-minute cancellations by the client.

• In case of cancellation <24h before the shoot, 50% of the shoot value will be billed.
